LED drivers offer excellent temperature stability

Lumissil IS31LT3177/78 LED Drivers, available now from Mouser, are adjustable linear current devices that give excellent temperature stability. These LED drivers work at 2.9V to 40V input voltage range with a minimum voltage headroom of 1V (typical) at 150mA.

The drivers provide low dropout voltage that drives LED strings close to the supply voltage with no switch capacitors or inductors. These drivers simplify the designs by offering a stable current without the extra demand of inductors, FETs, and diodes. The LED drivers are offered in SOT23-6 and SOP-8-EP packages and are RoHS compliant.

Typical applications include general lighting, architectural LED lighting, channel letters for advertising, LED strips for decorative lighting, freezer case, retail lighting in the fridge, and vending machines, and emergency lightings like steps lighting and exit way signs.
