Saelig Company has introduced the PF08H1 Facial Temperature Screening Kiosk. The solution is an easy-to-use, self-contained personnel temperature screening device that scans in under three seconds, thus allowing or denying entry.

Employing Heimann sensor technology from Germany, the PF08H1 Thermal Guard system detects face temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5F. This touchless, plug and play standalone system does not need any operator assistance, with optional network connection.

The device measures 11.6" x 5.2" x 1" and is mounted on a 40" sturdy floor-stand, featuring an 8" high-resolution LCD display. This provides individual body temperature measurements. The device can trigger alerts when measurements are higher than normal. With face shape recognition technology, the device can also identify individuals with or without protective facial masks. This offers an unobtrusive way of scanning personnel, making working environments safer. Access can be denied if detected wearing no mask. The system can be set up to send an alert by email and/or text when a user displays a high temperature or is not wearing a mask. The solution can also use facial recognition to deny access to strangers and offers time-stamp employee arrival. The device is supplied with facial biometric recognition technology using Dual Wide Angle Binocular Cameras. It can support various RFID card readers to allow card access identification.

The system suits front entrances and lobbies, airports, stores, shopping malls, factories, warehouses, restaurants, schools, government, offices, and wherever people are entering and exiting. Thermal imaging technology is able to protect both work environments and staff.
