Mouser has announced an expanded global distribution agreement with Mini-Circuits for RF, microwave and millimetre-wave components and systems.

Customers can now access over 1,200 of the company's RF products. The LFCG series LTCC low-pass filters are offered with passband frequencies spanning DC to 6100MHz and rejection up to 50dB. The tiny 0805 filters provide rugged, ceramic construction, making them ideal for severe environments such as high humidity and temperature extremes.

The company's reflectionless filters are offered in low-pass, high-pass, and bandpass designs, providing a patented internal load that removes out-of-band signals. Reflectionless filters stop stopband reflections, enabling them to be paired with sensitive devices and utilised in applications that otherwise need circuits such as isolation amplifiers or attenuators.

The PMA3-83LN+ is a PHEMT-based MMIC amplifier offering a unique combination of 1.3dB noise figure, +35dBm IP3, and ±1.3dB gain flatness over the entire 0.5GHz to 8GHz range, making it perfect for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications. The amplifier functions from a single 5V or 6V supply is well matched for 50Ohms and comes in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package to accommodate dense circuit board layouts.

The company's ultra-wideband MMIC splitter/combiners provide multi-octave bandwidths incorporating applications from DC to 43.5GHz with power handling up to 2.5W, 1.1dB typical insertion loss, and high isolation up to 20dB. The two-way devices are supplied in tiny QFN packages, saving space in dense layouts.
