Ruggedised magnetic proximity sensor for automotive and industrial applications

The MPSR series from C&K are ruggedised magnetic proximity sensors, ideal for industrial sensors, automotive sensors and indicators, anti-tampering and other security and factory automation equipment. These devices are available now from TTI Europe.

The series sensor and magnet are sealed in a tough aluminium housing coupled with stainless steel wire sleeves, shielding them from the harsh environments they are regularly used in, whether from oil, grease, water, or volatile chemicals and gases. Produced for a quick and easy installation, the series also offers a long lifecycle – lasting for more than four million actions and a robust 30V 3W rating. The series has hermetically sealed contacts providing a zero-leakage current.

Typical fields of use include remote monitoring, anti-tamper detection, security, IoT, off-road equipment, trailers and storage units, industrial automation, and automotive sensors.
