Lane Electronics provides a wide range of high power, D-Sub, rectangular, modular and circular Positronic connectors ideal for medical, industrial, aerospace and MIL applications.
The most common connector employed in the electronics industry is the D-sub, and the company manufactures an extensive range of sizes, termination styles and contact variants to suit many applications.
The company also offers D-sub and rectangular accessories comprising D-sub rectangular cable adaptors and hoods from Positronic, ITW McMurdo, TE Polamco, Glenair and customer-specific solutions from sister company Weald Electronics.
Other Positronic connector products available include the SCORPION series, which can be configured for usage as a power connector, a signal level connector, or a combination of both. Rated up to 100A per contact and with venting options for enhanced air cooling, the series offers unique locking systems for blind mating, float mount and cable connector options. A low profile, 8.2mm, version is available for high-density applications.
Positronic also manufactures several specialist connectors. These include MIL-DTL-28748 rectangular rack and panel connectors, the Goldfish Power Series with high power Hot Plug capability, Power Connection Systems connectors, and the GH, LGH and MGH Series of miniature circle hex connectors perfect for use in industrial applications where light weight, miniature, high-reliability interconnections are required.
