Next-generation intelligent gas sensor offers longer life

Honeywell has launched the next-generation intelligent iSeries of gas sensors, which are digital. These sensors offer a digital interface, longer life and many built-in diagnostics features. Its intelligent diagnostic features improve the overall instrument performance, making them smarter and safer by indicating faults and monitoring health, decreasing downtime and cost of ownership.

The ease of integration together with pre-calibration drives a significant benefit to OEMs for easy integrating into instruments. In-built OEM lock code blocks unauthorised third-party replacement of sensors in the field.

The sensors offer a five-year operating life and an extended temperature and humidity range, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
