True-rms clamp meter for technicians working in DC environments

The Fluke 393 FC CAT III 1500 V True-rms Clamp Meter with iFlex is intended for technicians who work in DC environments up to 1500V: solar arrays, wind power, electric railways, data centres battery banks for UPS. The clamp can measure up to 1500VDC, 1000VAC, and up to 999.9 A DC or AC through the clamp jaw. The provided flexible current probe extended AC current measurements up to 2500A.

This clamp offers a thin jaw, enabling access to cables in crowded combiner boxes. It is IP54 rated, excellent outdoor use on solar arrays and wind power systems. The DC power measurement shows readings in kVA. An audio polarity indicator assists to prevent accidental miswires, and the visual continuity provide a bright green light in the display, excellent for dark and noisy environments. Logging and reporting of test results is via Fluke Connect software.

When measuring AC current the included flexible current probe provides unparalleled access to cables in tight spaces. The probe can be twisted via extremely small spaces and offers accurate current measurements.
