Robotic conformal coating/dispensing system to enhance manufacturing efficiency

Altus Group introduces the Delta 6 robotic conformal coating/dispensing system from PVA to meet the need for increased efficiency and reduced labour in electronics manufacturing.

Electronics manufacturers, burdened with highly labour-intensive processes such as masking components and hand-spraying conformal coatings, can now find relief in an automated solution. The new coating/dispensing system offers a great solution to streamline processes and improve efficiency, addressing the shortage of available highly skilled labour.
