Fully adjustable differential piezoelectric signal conditioner with AC and DC outputs

PCB Piezotronics introduces the new Endevco Model 6634D differential piezoelectric signal conditioner. The vibration amplifier is designed to condition and display vibration data from rotating machinery, such as turbopumps, gas turbine engines, and gearboxes.

Although primarily developed for use with differential piezoelectric (PE) sensors, it is also compatible with single-ended PE sensors, integrated electronics piezoelectric (IEPE) sensors, velocity coils (VELCOIL), and remote charge converters (RCC).

Full-scale AC and DC output ranges are programmable in user-selected units to represent either acceleration, velocity, or displacement. Up to ten different setups can be stored and recalled from the non-volatile memory. The six-pole HP, LP, and BP filter is programmable from the front panel keypad, ethernet, or RS-232 interface. Two TTL-compatible latched alarm outputs are provided for warning and alert.

The model can be employed in aerospace test cells, vibration testing of turbo pumps, gas turbine engines, gearboxes, and general vibration lab testing.

Model 6634D replaces Model 6634C and adds an updated front panel interface and browser-based control of the unit via its Ethernet connection.
