Arrow Electronics has developed and released a resource dedicated to the latest trends in EV charging for the automotive industry.

Expanding its comprehensive library of content, the company is championing engineers developing the next generation of EV chargers and the corresponding software ecosystem that supports them. The hub provides design and technical support across the three EV charger categories: onboard chargers, AC chargers, and DC (or fast) chargers.

Among the available resources, the company has introduced a free eBook that delves into the latest developments in EV charging, such as costs, adapters, and the economic advantages of EVs. There are also webinars available on-demand, including 'Trends and Technologies for Next-Gen EV Charging Solutions', presented by the company's supplier management director, Steven Shackell (Semiconductors), in collaboration with eInfochips, an Arrow company.

Steven Shackell said, "In the transformative world of sustainable transportation, electric vehicles are at the forefront of innovation, leading the shift towards a new era of mobility. At the heart of this revolution is the rapid advancement in EV-charging technology – a crucial element of the electric vehicle ecosystem. By focusing on efficiency, user experience, connectivity, and upskilling, Arrow Electronics assists its customers in delivering innovative solutions that meet the growing demand of this sector."

The company will also be hosting a webinar on September 10 in conjunction with Molex entitled "Future-Proofing EV Charging: The Critical Need for Connectors." This webinar will be available to watch live or on-demand.
