MOONS' Industries' new 19mm slotless motor, the ECU19058, is excellent for applications using smaller portable, handheld devices. This new motor bridges the gap between the company's 16mm and 22mm models, providing robust performance in a compact form.

Despite its small size, the device provides a patented slotless motor winding design that attains high efficiency and power density, which means handheld, portable devices deliver robust and reliable power. Key specifications include a n a nominal voltage of 12V, a no-load speed of 14800rpm, a nominal speed of 13260rpm, a max continuous torque of 30.6mNm, a max efficiency of 86%, and a stall torque of 258nMn.

Designed for versatile configurations across a wide range of applications the device can be paired with the company's PG19M series planetary reducer, incremental and absolute encoders of the same size. This versatility enables the motor to fulfil various high-torque and control accuracy needs so that it can handle a wide range of complex applications effortlessly. The device continues the company's tradition of providing customers with extensive customisation options, including special size requirements, performance parameters and interface designs.
