MOSFET driver for high-temperature applications

Rutronik offers Vishay's E Series Power MOSFET SIHD180N60ET4-GE3, which is available in large quantities. The high-performance MOSFETs are characterised by their low drain-source on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.17 Ohm, low input capacitance (CISS) of 1,080pF, and reduced switching and power losses. The components are robust and ideal for applications at high operating temperatures in the industrial, power supply, renewable energy, lighting, and telecommunications sectors.

The components feature the fourth generation of the E Series Power MOSFETs' technology. They also impress with a low effective output capacitance of 39pF and a low FOM Ron x Qg. The components are particularly suited to high-temperature applications, such as switching power supplies, battery chargers, PV inverters, or fluorescent lamps with ballasts.

They are lead-free and RoHS-compliant.

Typical applications include power supply for servers and telecommunications, SMPS, PFC power supplies, Lighting, Welding, Induction heating, Motor drives, Battery chargers, and Solar.
