Switching voltage regulators for automotive and industrial applications

Mouser now stocks the MPQ4325-AEC1 Switching Voltage Regulators from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS).

The Switching voltage regulators are synchronous step-down converters that operate at 200KHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range. These voltage regulators provide up to 5A of highly efficient output current (Iout) with peak current mode control. The switching voltage regulators operate at a 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and accommodate various step-down applications in automotive input environments. These switching voltage regulators feature OCP in hiccup mode.

The regulators operate at -40C to 150C temperature range. These switching voltage regulators are obtainable in a QFN-14 4mm x 4mm package.

The MPQ4325-AEC1 regulators are excellent for automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, ADAS, and industrial power systems.
