CPU modules ideal for HMI and industrial automation

MYIR Tech MYC-YT113X CPU Modules, available now from Mouser, measure just 37mm x 39mm and provide a low-cost embedded ARM SoM based on the Allwinner T113-S3 processor. The processor offers up to 1.2GHz Dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 MPU with built-in 128MB DDR3, single-core Hi-Fi 4 DSP, and a Robust Video Engine. Also, the device supports a wide range of peripherals, including Gigabit Ethernet, 2 x CAN, 2 x USB 2.0, and 6 x UART.

The module implements the features of the T113-S3 processor and has standard configurations for 256MB Nand Flash or 4GB eMMC external memory options. Several peripheral and IO signals are accessed via a 1mm pitch 140-pin stamp-hole (Castellated-Hole) expansion interface. The module can run Linux and is excellent for applications such as HMI, industrial automation, display, and control terminals.
