SiC MOSFETs supplied in TOLL package

Wolfspeed SiC MOSFETs C3M in the TOLL Package, available now from Mouser, offer a far lower on-state resistance temperature dependence than standard silicon MOSFETs. The MOSFETs provide superior switching speeds and low conduction loss, which is crucial to delivering high efficiency at high power for next-generation power supplies. The SiC MOSFETs are optimised for high-performance power electronics applications, including enterprise, server and telecom power supplies, electric vehicle charging systems, energy storage systems, and battery management systems.

The SiC MOSFETs implement a compact footprint, lower losses, and high-power dissipation capability of the TOLL package, allowing high-power density designs.

They feature a larger back metal tab that enables lower device temperature. It offers a smaller height and footprint compared to the standard TO-263-7L package.

The device is ideal for higher switching frequency applications (enable high power density) and offers minimum creepage of 3.5mm (drain to source).
