Dr. Han showcased their latest developments, particularly their advanced screening and packaging techniques which enhance the reliability and quality of their products. Highlighted was their top-side cooling package, designed for optimal heat management and efficiency, ideal for automotive applications like electric vehicle chargers and on-board electronics. 

The discussion also covered the rigorous selection process ensuring only devices with the best characteristics reach production, emphasizing SemiQ's commitment to high-performance and reliable power solutions.
