Regulated AD/DC converters suit building automation, security and comms

Aimed at applications such as building automation and security / communication systems, RECOM's RAC03-SER/277 Series regulated AD/DC converters are now available from Mouser stock. Offering 3kVAC isolation, the ultra-compact series is designed to offer low stand-by consumption of 40mW max. and an ultra-wide input voltage range of 85-305VAC. The wired RAC03-SE/277/W modules are available with output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12, and 24V, and the input-to-output isolation is approximately 3kVAC/1min. The mini power supplies are particularly suitable for energy-saving sleep mode and standby applications due to their standby consumption of 30mW typical. The converters have an integrated input filter, has enhanced EMI performance and complies with EN55022, class B, says the company.
