power supply design kit provides over-voltage protection for mobile
broadband infrastructure.
The TEL-NOTEKIT-1 contains three Bourns PTVS3-076C-SH SMD power TVS diodes.
The DC supply to a remote radio head requires robust and extremely reliable
surge protection. Sensitive electronics must be protected from severe
over-voltage conditions. PTVS3-076C-SH SMD power TVS diode offers
bidirectional over-voltage protection for DC power supplies through a
reliable clamping action, says the company.
