Bourns 1.5SMC Series diodes are now available from Mouser. The devices are
designed for surge and ESD protection applications in compact chip package
DO-214AB (SMC) size format. The series offers a choice of 6.8V up to 550V
Breakdown Voltages. Typical fast response times are less than 1 picosecond
for unidirectional devices and less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional
devices from 0V to minimum breakdown voltage.
Typical applications include IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Min. Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4
EFT and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection.
