A new RF device that greatly reduces power consumption, solution cost and
board area for developers of TDD cellular base stations, IDT's F1358 digital
pre-distortion (DPD) demodulator is now available from Mouser.
The F1358 operates from 3200MHz to 4000MHz and is an integrated digital
pre-distortion (DPD) demodulator. It delivers the industry's highest levels
of linearity and integration to enhance the performance of the digital
pre-distortion transmitter linearization path of cellular base stations. It
is available now in a 6mm x 6mm 36V FQFPN package.
