Cree's CGD15HB62P1 dual-channel CGD15HB62P1 SiC MOSFET driver is now
available from Mouser. It has two output channels and an integrated
isolated power supply and is for use with the CAS300M12BM2, 1200V, 300A
module and CAS120M12BM2, 1200V, 120A module. Typical applications are
drivers for SiC MOSFET modules in industrial applications and DC Bus voltage
up to 1000V.
