Designed for synchronous buck and boost applications, the Texas Instruments (TI) CSD87334Q3D Synchronous Buck NexFET Power Block is now stocked by Mouser. They offer high current, high efficiency, and high-frequency capability in a small 3.3mm × 3.3mm outline. The device is optimized for 5V gate drive applications. Because of this it offers a flexible solution in high duty cycle applications when paired with an external controller or driver. Typical applications include synchronous buck converters, synchronous boost converters and POL DC-DC converters.
