Silego Technology's SLG59Mxx ultra-small load switches are now available
from Mouser stock. The 7.8mohm, or 20mohm, single-channel devices in an
ultra-small 1.5mm x 2mm or 1m x 1.6mm packages.
The SLG59M1457V, SLG59M1496V and SLG59M1545V are able to switch 0.85V to 5V
power rails, and the SLG59M1515V 0.85V to 1.5V power rails.
The SLG59M1600V comes with one 9A rated MOSFET switched by an ON control
pin. MOSFET turn on time is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.
