Available now from Mouser, Cypress MB39x Series single and dual-channel DC-DC converter contain
enhanced protection features and support ceramic capacitors. MB39x realizes
rapid response, high efficiency and low ripple voltage. Its high-frequency
operation enables the miniaturization of inductor and I/O capacitors.
The MB39C ICs are optimal for portable device power management systems with
one built-in channel of DC-DC step-down converter for digital circuits and
one built-in channel of low-noise LDO for analog circuits. The DC-DC
conversion circuit adopts the PFM/PWM mode to improve efficiency under light
load. The current mode architecture is also adopted to achieve high-speed
load response.
