Silicon Labs TS410x analog 8-channel switches / multiplexers are now
available from Mouser. The TS4100 8-channel, TS4101 2x 4-channel and TS4102
3x single-pole / double-throw (SPDT) devices operate at a low 0.8V supply
voltage with an input signal swing above the supply voltage up to 5.25V
'Rail-to-Rail Plus'.
The on-resistance variation over the entire signal swing range is less than
1% exhibiting high linearity and consistency in dynamic and measurement
applications. The TS4100-TS4102 family input and output, off and on leakage
is less than 0.5nA with a 675nA supply current.
