This 40V, 1.3mohm, 5mm × 6mm NexFET power MOSFET from Texas Instruments is designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications. It features low Rds(on), low thermal resistance, avalanche rated, has Pb-free terminal plating, is halogen-free and is RoHS compliant. Suitable applications include DC-DC conversion, secondary side synchronous rectifiers and motor control.
