Available now from Mouser are Wurth Electronics’ REDCUBE Terminals which offer Press-Fit technology for high-current devices. Low contact resistance guarantees minimum self-heating. Their four different designs cover all leading process technologies and offer a wide range of applications.
Press-fit uses a solder-free connection to make an internally powerful, gas-tight connection.
The terminals provide a current capability of up to 10A per individual PCB pin and an ultra low contact resistance of only 100-200µohm. The rugged construction allows the products to sustain the most extreme conditions.
