Digital oscilloscope features simple navigation, speed and ease of use

Tektronix's TDS3000C Series features simple navigation and dedicated front panel controls for speed and ease of use. The series is available now from RS Components. The OpenChoice PC Communication Software allows screen images and waveform data to be drawn simply into a stand-alone desktop application or straight into Microsoft Word and Excel. To complement the software, National Instruments LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition Software gives extended capabilities including data logging, advanced analysis, remote instrument control and live waveform analysis. The series comes standard with 25 automatic measurements, waveform add, subtract, divide and multiply math functions and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) for those who prefer not to use a PC for analysis. This allows the use of the full acquisition record length or isolation of a specific occurrence within an acquisition. The series is suitable for many applications including video installation and service; digital design and debug; education and training; power supply design; telecommunications mask testing; general bench testing and manufacturing test.
