New series of RS485 isolation transceiver modules reduce component count

Designed specifically to simplify the design of RS485 circuitry, Luso Electronics' modules combine the isolated DC-DC converter and RS485 functionality to reduce component count. RS485 is still the industry standard workhorse for data transmission and these modules can simplify design in many industrial applications such as process control and automation; motor and motion control etc. The modules incorporate input and output isolation protecting both sensitive electronic circuitry and human operators from damage. They contain an integrated high efficiency DC-DC converter and have an operating temperature range from minus 40C to +105C and allow for the isolation to be set and ESD bus protection all in one module.
