RFID cable ties for tracking and identification purposes in multiple applications

RS Components offer cables ties with an RFID tag for tracking and identification purposes. Throughout every industry, there are many applications to use Radio Frequency Identification. The RFID tag carries data programmed into a small computer chip operating on a wide range of frequencies. The tags are 200mm x 4.6mm and come in yellow colour. The material is nylon 66. The operating temperature is -40C to maximum+85C. The tensile strength of the tags is 225N. Typical applications include theft prevention, gas cylinder and keg tracking, asset management, attendance verification, tagging security, detection of leaks, essential maintenance, and tagging baggage.
