Table-top electronic enclosures now extended to four sizes

OKW’s EVOTEC designer table-top electronic enclosures are now offered in new smaller 100 sizes which increases the range to four plan sizes. The enclosure is ergonomic, elegant and comfortable to use, but still tough enough for tough working conditions. Applications include IT, medical, laboratory, measurement and control engineering, and environmental technology. The enclosure can also be wall-mounted for access control. The two enclosure versions available offered are one with a large flat top for push buttons, switches and touch displays; the other version with a 12-degree inclined top for desktop applications. The sloping top option can be chosen either with or without a recess for a product label or membrane keypad. The new 100 size and the recently launched 150 size are only available with the flat top. All of these enclosures have screw pillars in both the top and base for installing PCBs. Self-adhesive rubber feet give stability on flat surfaces. The enclosures are constructed using Torx assembly screws to prevent tampering, making them ideal for medical electronics. The enclosure's soft contours are formed from UV-stable ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0). All four plan sizes (the new 100mm x 62mm and the existing 150mm x 93mm, 200mm x 124mm and 250mm x 155mm sizes) are available in off-white (RAL 9002) as standard.
