The KSC Series tactile switches from C&K are designed for surface-mount applications with a choice of either J or gull wing terminals. They are available now from RS Components. Ideal applications include automotive, industrial electronics, network infrastructure, cellular phones, IT and elevators. They are sealed to IP67 and feature a single pole, normally open contact with momentary action.
Providing a positive tactile feeling, the switch has a life of one million cycles. The switch is available in 1.6N and 3N actuator forces. The device has long life Silver contacts and comes with two actuator lengths of either 3.5mm or 5.2mm.
