High power AC/DC converter ideal for medical applications

Available now from TTI Europe, the Murata PQC250 series switching power supplies employ advanced component and circuit technologies to produce high efficiency and low power dissipation in operational and standby operation in a compact 3" x 5" x 1.4" package. All models offer universal AC input capability with active PFC and compliance to worldwide safety and EMC standards. They provide EN/IEC60601 Ed 4 medical (2 X MOPP pri-sec; 1 X MOPP pri-chassis ground), with 250W compact high density; and operation to 250W at +50C. Offering high efficiency of up to 94.0%, they have very low no load standby designed to meet ENERGY STAR program requirements for single voltage external AC/DC power supplies.
