The Cree XLamp CMA1840 is a member of the company's XLamp High Current LED Array family that is optimised for best-in-class lumen output, efficacy and reliability at high drive currents. The LEDs share the same package design and LES sizes as their CXA2 Standard Density LEDs, allowing lighting manufacturers to meet a range of performance demands for applications such as track, downlight and outdoor lighting using a single easy-to-use platform. The LED Arrays are available in two-step and three-step EasyWhite bins.
The 14mm optical source is available in 70, 80, 90 and
95-minimum CRI options. The forward voltage option is 36V class with 85C binning and characterization. The maximum drive current is 2300mA. The LEDs offer a 115-degree viewing angle.
