High current inductors offer excellent mechanical stability for better performance

Wurth Electronics WE-HCFT High Current Inductors are created with better mechanical stability for better performance. The inductors are available now from Mouser. These THT high current inductors provide remarkably low DCR, low core losses (MnZn), and up to 200% higher current ability than the series. The magnetically shielded WE-HCFT fixed inductors are available in round (2012 and 3533 package sizes) and flat wire (3521 and 3540 package sizes). The round version achieves comparable inductance values in a smaller package than the flat version.

Typical applications include storage inductors for high-efficiency DC-DC converters, high-current power supplies, battery chargers, and solar inverters.
