Wideband power amplifier ideal for narrowband and broadband applications

MACOM NPA1007 10W Wideband Power Amplifier, available now from Mouser, is a GaN on Si HEMT D-mode amplifier. This power amplifier is optimised for 20MHz to 2500MHz broadband operation. The amplifier is fully matched at the input and unmatched at the output. This power amplifier is created for saturated and linear operation and comes in a lead-free 6mm x 5mm eight-lead PDFN plastic package.

The amplifier is suitable for narrowband and broadband applications in test and measurement, defence communications, land mobile radio, and wireless infrastructure.
