OKW has added a new wall holder to its CONNECT range of wired enclosures allowing devices to be stored securely and safely when not in use.
The new holder is ideal when CONNECT is designated as a wired (or wireless) remote control for applications including medical and wellness electronics. The versatile enclosure is also perfect for IoT/IIoT, robotics, machine controllers, network technology, building services systems, safety engineering, measurement and control.
The company's new holder will house all three sizes of CONNECT (76mm x 54mm x 22mm, 116mm x 54mm x 22mm, 156mm x 54mm x 22mm) and provides a large recess for plug-in connections. It can be installed on walls, machines or other flat surfaces employing three screws.
The holder is moulded from robust and UV-stable ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0) in two standard colours: off-white (RAL 9002) and black (RAL 9005).
Other accessories for the range include holding clamps for rails; cable gland kits with kink protection and integrated strain relief; enclosure end parts and self-tapping screws for PCBs.
The company can supply the range fully customised on request. Services include CNC machining, lacquering, digital/screen/tampo printing or laser marking of legends and logos, decor foils, EMC shielding, installation and assembly of accessories.
