OKW has designed a new version of its NET-BOX wall mount enclosures for control units and network nodes. The mounting points on the rear of the enclosure are now supplied pre-drilled ready for the wall mounting screws, making it quicker and simpler to install the electronics device in situ.
The enclosure is for applications including IoT/IIoT, Smart Factory, building management, Industry 4.0, central control units, data acquisition, gateways, data systems engineering, supervision terminals, access control, measurement and control, medical and wellness technology.
The new version provides all the technical features of the existing models but is pre-drilled with three wall mounting points. There is no requirement to open the main electronics section. Just the front lid needs to be refitted after installation. The base section has screw pillars for mounting PCBs.
Versions I and II are offered in three sizes: 140mm x 140mm x 46.5mm, 180mm x 180mm x 48.5mm and 220mm x 220mm x 50.5mm. These are moulded from UV-stable ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0). The base section colour is lava grey as standard with a light grey (RAL 7035) top cover and lid. Further accessories are available.
