TE Connectivity's Measurement Specialties HTU31 Relative Humidity Sensors, available now from Mouser, provide ±2% RH and ±0.2C typical accuracy in a compact, 6-pin DFN package that is just 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 0.9mm in size. The sensors offer a fast response time, low hysteresis, precision measurement, and sustained performance in harsh environments (-40C to +125C) with up to 100% humidity.

These devices are offered in digital and analog versions with an operating voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V (5V typical, 6V peak). The current consumption is 0.76mA and with a typical power dissipation as low as 3.78µW (HTU31D) or 15µW (HTU31V).

The sensors use a lead-free sensor and are qualified according to AEC Q100 Grade 1 standards. These sensors are excellent for medical, industrial, and automotive applications, as well as home appliances, environmental monitoring, respiratory devices, and more.
