Six-channel SPST signal relay for high-density signal switching applications

The Menlo Micro MM1200 6-Channel SPST Signal Relay, available now from Mouser, is optimised for high-density signal switching applications in AC and DC circuits. The relay is an excellent replacement for electromechanical signal relays or reed relays.

The device is capable of 1A per channel steady state and provides low on-state contact resistance and high off-state isolation with >3 billion switching cycles and <10µs switching times.

Each switch is Normally Open (NO) and individually controlled by a digital serial-to-parallel Interface. An external +5VDC logic supply and high voltage +79VDC bias source are needed to operate the internal switch driver.

The relay is provided in a 6mm x 6mm BGA package and is RoHS compliant.

Typical applications include high-density switch matrices, automated test and measurement systems, mechanical relay replacement, wireless charging, scientific and medical, and telecom.
