New pressure sensor for harsh environments

The Variohm Eurosensor EPT9200 has been developed for usage in harsh and critical environments, including off-road, transportation, renewable energy and machine engineering applications.

Its advanced two-chip technology (P2P) provides outstanding robustness and performance, fulfilling the most stringent necessities regarding stability, vibration, and shock resistance.

The compact sensor has a monolithic stainless-steel body without welding or oil-filled cavities. The device is suitable for vacuum, gases, chemicals, hydraulics, and hydrogen and offers diagnostic function based on the output signal (optional). A wide range of custom options are available.

Other application areas include transportation, renewable energies, special-purpose vehicles, and machine engineering. Customer-specific adaptations are also possible.
