With a power density reaching 74W per cubic inch, the MicroPower Direct MG1500RU series is ideal for applications with limited space availability. This series occupies a mere 0.5 square inches of PCB real estate within a compact DIP-16 package. Regardless of variations in internal and external conditions, the series retains a high level of stability in terms of efficiency, power loss, and heat generation, supplying an efficiency of up to 87% and instantaneous load capacity.

Operating seamlessly within a temperature range from -40C to 85C, the series also provides an optional heat sink for customers pursuing enhanced heat dissipation performance. This makes the unit particularly ideal for various industrial applications, including but not limited to motion controllers, intelligent inspection robots, unmanned vehicles, and charging stations.

Twelve standard models operate at 24VDC and 48VDC inputs, providing single/dual outputs of - 5.1V, 12V, 15V, 24V, ±12V, or ±15V VDC. Standard features include an ultra-wide 4:1 input range and under voltage, overload and short circuit protection. The series has CB Certification, EMI Conduction Class A Certification and is EN 62368 approved.
