The Toshiba TCKE9 Series 23V 4A eFuse ICs are electronic fuses that protect power supply lines from external overcurrent and overvoltage. The TCKE9 Series products have an adjustable current limit and fixed voltage clamp functions, as well as slew rate control, UVLO, FLAG output, and more. eFuses provide repeatable protection and great accuracy, which is something that standard physical fuses do not.
