Low phase noise clock generators support PCI Express and sRIO clock requirements

21-01-2015 | Digikey | Semiconductors

ON Semiconductor's NB3N510xx series PLL clock generators are now available from Digi-Key. The precision low phase noise clock generators support PCI Express and sRIO clock requirements. They accept a 25MHz fundamental mode parallel resonant crystal or a 25MHz single-ended reference clock signal and generate differential HCSL/LVDS outputs. Clock outputs can be individually enabled / disabled through hardware input pins. In addition, these devices provide selectable spread options for applications demanding low-electromagnetic interference (EMI) as well as optimum performance with no spread option, says the company.
