Curtis Industries’ F3099 series RFI filters are now available from Digi-Key. The devices target medical and dental equipment applications where extremely low-leakage currents are needed. Designed to meet UL544 and IEC601 specifications for both patient care and on-patient categories, the F3099 series helps control conducted common mode and differential mode electromagnetic interference. The maximum leakage current is 2µA at 115VAC (5µA at 250VAC) and is available with quick connects or wire leads. The devices provide an economical solution to help designers to pass medical EMI approval testing, says the company.
