Optimized for 720p video playback up to 30fps with advanced security
features, Mouser now stocks the Atmel SAMA5D4 ARM-based Cortex-A5 MPU series
high-performance microprocessor.
The SAMA5D4 integrates the ARM NEON single instruction multiple data (SIMD)
engine for accelerated signal processing, multimedia and graphics as well as
a 128KB L2-Cache for exceptional system performance.
The device includes the ARM TrustZone, enabling a strong security perimeter
for critical software, as well as several hardware security features.
Advanced security features include on-the-fly encryption and decryption of
code from the external DDR memory, hardware accelerated RSA/ECC public
(asymmetric) key cryptography, tamper pins detection, secure key storage,
and more. The device also provides advanced user interface and connectivity
peripherals.
The SAMA5D4is particularly suitable for applications such as control panels,
human-machine interfaces, fitness equipment, communication gateways and
imaging terminals
