High-performance 2:1 differential-to-LVPECL multiplexer

23-01-2015 | Mouser Electronics | Semiconductors

Now available from Mouser, IDT's 853S01I is designed as a high-performance 2:1 differential-to-LVPECL multiplexer performing differential translation through differential inputs that accept LVPECL and LVDS levels. The device translates LVCMOS/LVTTL input signals to LVPECL levels by using a resistor bias network on nPCLKx and nPCLKx. The high-performance multiplexer provides a part-to-part skew of 150ps (maximum) with propagation delay of 490ps (maximum) using a full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply. Available in a small 3mm x 3mm 16 VFQFN package, the 853S01I is ideal for use on space-constrained boards.
