Mouser now offers from stock Toshiba's LETERAS GaN TL1WK Series white LEDs
on 200mm silicon wafers including ultra-small white LEDs for general
lighting applications in a 0.65mm x 0.65mm packages.
With a 90% reduction in surface size compared to a conventional LED
packages, TL1WK increases lens design flexibility. Designed for 0.2W
performance, the devices are well-suited to general lighting applications
such as tube lights, bulbs, ceiling lights as well as industrial LED
lighting.
