board-to-board (FPC) connectors is now available from Digi-Key. They
feature a with 0.4mm pitch spacing that is seen as ideal for high-density
handheld / portable applications where superior mating retention is needed
for example connecting daughter boards and subassemblies (LCD, switches and
touch panels etc.
