Versatile easy-to-use high-efficiency 4A synchronous buck regulator

Optimized for portable electronic devices, Alpha & Omega Semiconductor's AOZ1110 high-efficiency 4A synchronous buck regulator is now available from Digi-Key. The easy-to-use AOZ1110 operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides up to 4A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V. With a 1% output accuracy rating, the AOZ1110 is designed for low tolerance applications, such as DSPs and FPGAs.
